After running since January 2026, the store diagnostics service stopped operating on 30 September 2026.
What this means
Dashboards, scheduled collection and weekly digests are switched off. Sign-in is disabled and the browser extension no longer receives tasks.
Account records and collected store data have been exported to offline archives and removed from live systems. If you need a copy of your own records, ask and we will send it.
